Exchange Policy

At Mama Bear, we want to ensure all of our clients are happy with out products as we pride ourselves with our products we carry. But at any point you are unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange size and/or colour provided that you return the items as new which means unworn, unwashed with the original tags/boxes still intact within a month of purchase. We will exchange them provided we have it available.

Please note the cost of returning your exchanged item is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items in the post.
