Tips:

To prime for heat, pour boiling water into your food container and allow it to sit for around 10 minutes before pouring out and adding your food to stay hotter.

To prime for cold, put your container in freezer for 10 minutes or fill the container with ice, then pour it out before adding your cold food or beverage.
